By contacting Danang Hotel Doctor or booking a visit, you agree to the following terms.

Nature of service

Danang Hotel Doctor coordinates and provides in-room consultations, emergency response, on-site testing, IV therapy, and related medical services delivered by licensed physicians and nurses in Da Nang and surrounding areas.

Not a substitute for emergency services

For life-threatening emergencies, please contact local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately in addition to, or instead of, contacting us, if that is faster.

Appointments and arrival times

Arrival times (such as "under 60 minutes") are averages, not guarantees, and may vary depending on location, traffic, and doctor availability.

Payment

Pricing is provided upon request based on the service required. We accept cash, bank transfer, and international cards, as confirmed at time of booking.

Medical liability

All medical care is provided by licensed physicians and nurses acting within their professional scope and judgment. As with any medical treatment, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
